Unlike older static soak, hot water, or push-through cleaning methods, recirculation cleaning continuously moves solution through the lines to break down biofilm, yeast, bacteria, hop resin buildup, and contaminants throughout the entire draft system. Industry sources state that recirculating pump cleaning is considered the most effective method for maintaining draft line hygiene, with some reporting it can be up to 80 times more effective than static cleaning methods.We use PBW (Powdered Brewery Wash) non-caustic cleaner in our cleaning process to safely and effectively remove organic buildup while being gentler on draft system components than traditional harsh caustic chemicals. Northern Arizona Draft Solutions was built from over 20 years of hands-on experience in the restaurant, bar, and beverage industry. My background includes years working as a bartender and General Manager, serving as an Assistant Winemaker at an estate vineyard, and spending many years working with a local brewery. That experience gave me firsthand knowledge of draft beer systems, wine service, beverage quality, glycol cooling systems, and the importance of properly maintained tap equipment.Today, I provide professional draft beer system cleaning, glycol system maintenance, tap repair, wine and cocktail line cleaning, and beverage system service for bars, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and taprooms across Northern Arizona.
